A bay area native, Courtney spent 9 years abroad in Bangkok, Thailand, where she cut her chops as a freelance filmmaker in South East Asia. Specializing in documentary content with a flair, Courtney has found a home at Corduroy Media on the Creative Team. Ever since she was a kid, Courtney has been a storyteller. Known as CNN, (the Courtney News Network) growing up, Courtney has always been drawn to the transformative power of storytelling. Her aim is to continue to be authentic to her vision and style, while amplifying the voices of others through stories. At Corduroy, she dabbles in various aspects of the creative process, from scripting, to directing, and editing. And when she isn’t creating for clients, she likes to eat tasty delectables, dance to music that reaches her bones, lift weights to remain centered, and hit the road to see new sights whenever the opportunity arises.
